Markets of Gwynedd:

Our weekly markets are :

The Market of Pwllheli - an old historical market town and the main town of the Llyn Peninsula. A market was first established in the town by a Charter given by Edward III in the 14th Century. The market is held weekly every Wednesday on 'Y Maes' in the town centre. It is one the busiest markets in the country with a wide selection of goods at competetive prices.

There is also a Sunday Market in Pwllheli throughout May to September.

The Market at Porthmadog is held every Friday during the Summer months at Heol y Parc Car Park near one the biggest tourist attractions in North Wales the Ffestiniog Railway, the oldest narrow track passenger carrying railway in the world. Also nearby is the harbour with its numerous sailing yachts. Because of this the town and the market have grown together to develop into one of the most poopular tourism centres offering a wide range of goods and other facilities.

The Caernarfon Market is held every Saturday throughout the year and every Monday during the Summer months in the town centre under the shadow of one the largest tourist attractions in Wales the majestic castle built by Edward I. In addition to the castle and the walls of the old town the Roman Fort of Segontium lies outside this historical town.

Traditional Fairs - We hold these throughout the year within Tywyn, Criccieth, Bala, Dolgellau, Llanllyfni, Llan Ffestiniog - please call the office on 01758 704068 for details of these.
